Taught by Jessie S. Hoops. Hoop Dance or “Hooping” is a form of dance and artistic expression that is both challenging and rewarding at any age. It helps build hand-eye coordination, body awareness, self-confidence, and overall fitness level. In this class students will learn how to spin a hoop on more than just the waist. Students will learn both the basics and more challenging combination tricks, hoop illusions, and jumps. No experience necessary, all skill levels welcome. Hoops provided for use during class time.

Preregistration is required.
